Yeah it was a while back on the US Druid forums where Ghostcrawler asked a rather leading question something along the lines of ‘Is tree form fun?’. Prefaced by hinting they ‘the devs’ didn’t think it was. Add to that the removal of the need to be in tree form to get the mana reduction on casts anymore – tree form essentially only gives you an armour buff, a raid wide 6% aura and 4% extra healing done.

I don’t want to go ahead and proclaim the death of tree form but it certainly seems to me like they’re discussing it internally.
